Fishmeal, surimi Crab sticks ... find out what they take and then decide if you want to eat them
This exquisite food, which gives flavor to our stews and salads, is not actually made of crab. It is composed of surimi, which is nothing more than a hash of "muscle of white fish flesh".
To obtain it, several fish are washed and mixed repeatedly (hake, mackerel, pollock ...). They are then cooled and heated repeatedly until at last a white paste is added to which preservatives, starch, salt and other unnatural sweeteners are added. This paste is then frozen and dyes are added so that the exterior is pink.
